Very high quality. Together with printer manufacturers, we constantly test and monitor the performance of our A4 Laser / Inkjet & Copier Self Adhesive Labels, through all popular printer and copier models. All labels are compatible with laser, inkjet and copier applications.

Are your labels Avery compatible?

All our label layouts have rounded corners & are compatible with Avery Layouts. The appropriate Avery layout code is shown for your ease of reference. All labels are compatible with laser, inkjet and copier applications.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes all our prices are at trade / wholesale rates available to All.

Why do you ask for my telephone number, etc?

If our carrier has a problem delivering to you they will need to contact you.

Will you pass on information about me to anyone else?

None of your details registered with us are passed onto any third parties for commercial or any other use whatsoever.

Can I place an order from abroad?

Yes, orders can be placed online from any part of the world, provided that the delivery destination is within the UK.

How do I place an order online?

It’s simple, from our secure website, simply select the label types on display, make your choice and click the "add to basket" icon. When you have made all your choices, click on "checkout" then you can proceed to completing your delivery & payment details.

Are there any other means of placing an order?

To keep control of overheads our sole sales channel is entirely through our website.

Yes, all prices have VAT added at the UK prevailing rate, currently at 17.5%

We deliver across the United Kingdom main land on a 72 hour service

What is the cost of delivery?

Deliveries are charged at £8.95 Order of 10 boxes & over qualify for free delivery.

Can you deliver to an alternative address?

Yes, you will be given the option of an alternative delivery address when you go to checkout.

What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?

If you do not receive your goods within our estimated time frame, call us and we will chase our carrier for you. We will either give you a new estimated time of delivery or confirm who signed for the parcel.

Refund/Returns Policy

At trade-labels.com we want to offer you peace of mind by allowing you to return any faulty items for a full replacement. Our customer service advisors will ensure that your return is handled as quickly as possible.

Faulty Goods.

In the unlikely event that your labels are faulty please return them to us immediately. Upon receipt of your faulty goods we will replace those goods in full within 7 working days.


Wrong Goods

In the unlikely event that we despatch the wrong labels by mistake we will collect & replace them with the correct labels with in 3 working days.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your on-line order this is only possible within 3 hours of your order confirmation due to our order processing system. A full refund will be given.
